What can you do as a Seller when a Buyer lies about the reason for a return request. Well, eBay can’t prove the buyer is lying, so blocking them from buying again is the only thing you can do. You can report the buyer, but it will be pointless, because again eBay will not simply take your word that the buyer has lied.
